Eight members from the Bexleyheath & Crayford Conservative Association travelled this week to Manchester to take part in the Conservative Party’s Annual Conference. Attending fringe meetings, listening to speeches in the conference hall, touring the many stalls in the exhibition hall and socialising with members from across the country, the group led by Bexleyheath & Crayford Association President Mark Brooks also learned about the Conservative Government’s policies and priorities.
Rt Hon Sir David Evennett, MP for Bexleyheath & Crayford and Vice Chairman of the Conservative Party commented, “The Conference was constructive, positive and upbeat. The theme was Get Brexit Done, and to present a programme of policies for a new session of parliament. There were outstanding speeches from the Prime Minister and the Home Secretary Rt Hon Priti Patel”
