Rt Hon David Evennett, MP for Bexleyheath and Crayford, gave a moving tribute to the late Bryon Huson at the interment of his ashes in Christchurch garden Bexleyheath on Monday 4 September. Rev Trevor Wyatt. Vicar of Christchurch, took the service.
Bryon was a former Chairman of the Bexleyheath Conservative Association, and was an active member of the Party for over 70 years. Mr Evennett spoke of Bryon’s love for life, interests, talents, and involvement in the community right up until his passing earlier this year, commenting “he was a great man and an inspiration to all who knew him”.
Among those attending the service and the interment were local Councillors, Party activists, friends, and members of the many organisations Bryon was involved in.
