Forty members and friends of the Bexleyheath Branch Tories enjoyed a superb afternoon tea on Saturday 20th July in the garden of local Councillor Sue Gower and her husband Darren Tobin.
Tea, coffee, Prosecco and soft drinks, together with sandwiches, scones, cakes and fresh fruit, were enjoyed in the beautiful garden under the Summer sun.
The event was part of the Branch’s social and fundraising programme, and was also attended by the Rt Hon Sir David Evennett MP and Lady Evennett, Bexley Council Leader, Cllr. Teresa O’Neill OBE, and Bexleyheath Ward Councillors, Eileen Pallen and Brad Smith.
There was also a raffle which was drawn by Sir David.
The vote of thanks to Sue & Darren was given by BCCA Chairman Cllr. Howard Jackson.
